- Contacts: Names and optional details (email, role, notes) of people you delegate work to. These contacts are reference data only and are not Orcado users
- Domains: User-defined categories or areas of responsibility
- Activity history: Timestamps and actions taken on commitments (created, completed, delegated, deferred, etc.)

We automatically collect certain information when you access our Service:

- Usage analytics (page views, feature usage)

Stripe (Payment Processing)

PostHog (Analytics)

Loops (Email Communications)
We use Loops for transactional emails (account verification, password resets, subscription notifications) and marketing communications. Loops receives your email address and name. Loops' privacy policy is available at loops.so/privacy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information as follows:
- Active accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active
- Cancelled subscriptions: Your data is retained for 120 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted
- Account deletion requests: When you request deletion of your account, your data is purged immediately
- Backups: Database backups are retained for 90 days for disaster recovery purposes

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: You can export your data (commitments, contacts, activity history) at any time
- Correction: You can update or correct your personal information through your account settings
- Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time

Orcado is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
